Bicycle detail

I got off of bus 37 and was walking to bus 42 with my bike when I noticed these three guys and one girl starring at my bike. I put my bike on the bus 42 bus rack, with the front tire locked. I waited for the bus driver to arrive. Once he allowed us on the bus I asked him if this bus takes me to where I needed to go. After he said yes I started walking to a seat on the bus. I found one I sat down. I looked at my bike it was still their. Then I took my eyes off on the bike to text my parents and in the process two bus drivers ran to me to tell me this guy took off with my bike. I ran out of the bus and tried to chase him but I was wearing boots and the guy was already turning left on 8 street going towards g street.
