Description of the theft
I had it chained up outside the post office on South Broadway and in the time it took me to drop my mail off and come out it was gone. Lock was on the ground. Post office did nothing to help. I walked home and got my car and started driving around the area and in that time another bike that was chained up got picked clean of parts. There's definitely a bike theft racket around the area.
