Description of the theft
Bicycle was attached to bike rack on the rear of my vehicle. It was parked rear in and in an area that stays illuminated all night. The cable lock by Yakima was cut into 4 pieces and was laying on the ground behind the vehicle. I have the cable. This is University housing and does not have outside cameras.
