Description of the theft
Bike was locked on bike stand outside Rockies stadium. Someone came and cut the lock and left with my bike. When I came back for the bike, someone had left a note detailing the theft. They described a tall white man with thin, blonde hair that looked homeless. The man used a big yellow cutting device to cut the lock.
