Description of the theft
My locked bike was stolen from the wall bike rack on the first floor of Picadilly Flats apartment building between the dates of 12/23-12/29. In order to enter the first floor, a key fob is required to grant access. Additionally, there is a camera that is nearby this bike rack facing one the exits of the apartment complex. I believe this camera would capture whomever stole my bike. I have requested video footage from my rental agency, Anchor Property Management
