I went into the school to pick up my kids. Didn't have my lock with me that day, thought it wouldn't take too long. I was wrong. The incident was caught on video, perpetrator had a walker, left walker and video view, came back into view with my bike and walked both the bike and walker away. Tall slim white guy with long hair and a blue walker.
