Description of the theft
Locked my bike to a bike rack in front of the Italian Centre Shop on 95 St. Was in the shop for maybe 10 minutes, came out and the bike was gone and the lock on the ground. Spoke to the manager and they saw the theft on their camera, however camera was too far away for any detail other than the thief had a black hoodie on.
