Description of the theft
Bike was leaned against the building next to my patio table (10-15 feet from my table in direct line of sight). There was a bike rack with 4-5 other bikes secured to it and my bike was in between the rack and the building, unsecured. I was sitting outside with a friend, along with one other table of patrons next to us. Two men, one walking and one on a bike rolled up. The walking guy walked up to the rack, snatched my bike and took off. He approached the bike, grabbed it and was gone within seconds.
