Bicycle detail

I ride my bike to work daily and found it missing when I stepped out this morning 6/19/2017 at 9 AM. The bike was U-­locked to a bike rack in the building garage where several bikes are parked. The lock had mistakenly only been fastened around the front wheel, so the thief was able to take all of the bike except the front wheel which still remains locked to the rack. The building security suggests that the thief entered the garage behind another incoming vehicle and 1 more bike was reported stolen. The last time I parked the bike was after a ride on Saturday 6/17/2017 at 6 PM.
