Description of the theft
I locked my bike to a 'No Parking' sign (see photo) using a cable lock outside the Rolls Royce offices in Indianapolis (see address below).
I parked the bike to the sign at 12:45pm on Wed 7/10/19.
When I left work at 4:30pm the same day, the bike was gone.
I assume the thief cut the cable lock - happened in broad daylight.
I've been parking my bike in the same location for over a year.
