Placed lock on folding portion of frame (mistakenly)
Someone unfolded frame, using the frame latch as designed, therefore folding frame as designed and lock slid right off
Could easily be stolen in 5 seconds without breaking lock
Came out of movie from Navy Memorial and bike was gone and lock was still on railing totally unharmed
