Bicycle detail

.On May 24th, at approximately 11aM,
my backpack was stolen from my arranged ride to Walmart by two individuals, Zach and Renee Dalley, who claimed to experience some kind of emergency . it was reiterated that my spouse and my Rx were inside the backpack along with bike battery, helmet and bike seat. The two made foggy plans to reconnect to return my backpack and my important belongings. I got on a gmt bus and was in communication with the two that we would meet at some destination if not the bus station or the library in which I reiterated several times. I made my way with my bike frame to the library in which I locked up at the designated bike lock destination as I proceeded to charge my phone and try to communicate with the two I was waiting for them to connect with me at the library in which I was told and under the impression by their text messages on Facebook that we would be meeting at the library . While on the phone with them I turned around to be startled by Joseph Cox whom is a known predator, to be eavesdropping on my conversation next I witnessed him hovering around my bike in which I had no idea what he was intending on doing until the library closed and I walked out to find another lock on top of my own preventing me from going home with my bike frame in which I was in possession of. this can easily be solved by merely checking the cameras of the library and finding out who in fact put another lock on top of mine within the 2 hours that I was at the library Saturday afternoon

When I returned outside the library to my bike at closing time, I discovered that an additional lock had been placed over mine, preventing me from retrieving my bike. I believe this lock may have been placed by Joseph Cox or one of his associates.
