Description of the theft
Bike was on my Northshore rack while I ran into Whole Foods in Totem Lake. Was shopping for about 15 minutes. Per security camera video a white truck (possibly rental), pulled up and someone came out and cut my rope strap on the bottom wheel and took off with the bike.
