Description of the theft
Thieves entered into a walled-in courtyard and evidently hauled the bicycle over at least two 8-foot tall cinder-block walls. There has been a rash of similar thefts in the vicinity. The thieves have been recently apprehended, and reportedly some bikes have been recovered. But I can't get a reply from the police officer in charge of the investigation
