Bike was locked in bike garage in apartment complex. Door was cut to gain access. Bike was locked with cables and two U-Locks. Cut cable to release frame and rear wheel from bike stand. rear wheel and frame were U-Locked together. Left front wheel U-Locked to bike stand.
