Description of the theft
Locked up outside of our apt bldg, only front wheel was locked to the rack. The thief used wrench to unhook the front wheel and steal just frame and rear wheel. 49-53cm frame, single speed/fixed gear flip rear wheel. Bike had an HRC sticker, the octopus sticker, and a SheBop sticker on the bike frame. Also a sweet bell with a red horse and a rainbow on it.
