Description of the theft
This bike was stolen out of a secure parking garage, with secure elevators. Either the thief lives in the building, or had an accomplice who does who let him in. I have attached a photo of him riding the bike out of the garage from the building's security cameras. He is a large man, at least 5'11", and probably taller.
