Description of the theft
Bike was locked with U-Lock and cable at this exact location in the first position of the second group of racks from the beach: https://maps.app.goo.gl/jZwNAznjWDtTeHnk8
I left the bike locked on the rack no earlier than 4:20PM. Went running on the beach and when I returned at 5:00PM it was gone with no signs of the lock, cable, or any other accessories.
