Bicycle detail

I walked past my bike at 3:38 pm. At 3:43 pm, a white male, 6ft tall, 240 lbs, wearing a red shirt, adias shorts with red stripes, and red shoes began to mess with my bike. He tried to compromise the u-lock and in doing so, discovered that the street sign wiggled. He then placed my bike on the ground, lifted the sign, slid my bike off the post, replaced the post, and carried my bike across the street towards the Adams and Wabash metro stop. This event is recorded on surveillance cameras owned by SAIC.
