Description of the theft
Locked bike up at the 46th street light rail station. When I returned to the station to pick up my bike at 11:15 pm on 8/21, the bike was gone along with the bike it had been locked up with and the lock. The other bike was returned after a confrontation with the suspected thief, but the other bike was nowhere to be found.
