Description of the theft
I left my dorm and my bike was stationed outside as usual, and it was gone when I returned. The lock was cut and left on the ground. I'm not sure how they rode it away as my chain was rusted, the right pedal was completely missing and the left was broken, but they somehow managed to do it anyway.
