Description of the theft
Two bikes stolen from locked garage in SOMA. 2 other attempts at same location. Two bikes stolen were locked together by a cable lock (that was left at scene). One of the two bikes was locked by tire to a large metal bike rack by a U-lock. Tire was removed and left. One other U-lock was attempted to be cut, but unsuccessfully. One tire was removed from another bike and then left.
