Bicycle detail

Madison Property Management directed tenants to remove their bikes and cars from the parking garage in order to clean and get the parking
stall lines repainted. This process was to start on 10/15/25. Following their directions, my wife and I moved our cars and bikes to the exterior of
the building prior to the start of cleaning/painting. We locked both bikes to the bike rack at the front of the building, using a single metal wire rope
bike lock. Today (10/19/25) at around 1:00 PM, I went to move our bikes back into the parking garage, with only my wife's bike (light silver)
remaining at the bike rack, and the metal wire rope bike lock snipped. See attached pictures and videos for proof. Without MPM telling us to
move our property, it would have not been put in the position to be stolen. I would like to contact MPM because they have a security surveillance
camera outside of the property which likely shows footage of the crime scene.
