Description of the theft
My son's bike. He was fishing near the bike trail on Sugarland run between Elden Street and the WO&D. The bike was not locked and someone rode off with it while he was 20ft away fishing. He heard the bike coasting, looked up and saw someone biking away with it. He was too far away to catch up. Immediately filed a police report.
