Bicycle detail

Bike was ridden to school and locked thru the frame with a cable lock at approximately 7:45am on 10/22. Helmet was also locked. White plastic bag (from H-Mart) was used to cover seat and helmet to protect them from the rain. Upon arrival to pick my son up from school at 1pm (10/22), the bike was missing. In exactly the location where the bike had been was a pair of electrician's cable cutters (Commercial Electric brand, green handle) laying on the ground. The helmet, lock, bag, and bike were all missing. The bike's location was in the line of sight of the school's security camera. I alerted the staff to the issue and they are reviewing footage at this time. Per the school staff's initial review of the footage (I am not allowed to see the footage), it appears that the bike was stolen around 10:10am.
