Description of the theft
Heavy duty ABUS hardened-steel chain was used to lock bike up to a metal bike rack right outside of apartment complex. A single chain link was cut in 2 places and removed to get the bike off the rack. Both the chain lock and both halves of the chain link that was cut were left on the sidewalk next to where the bike was stolen from.
