Description of the theft
The bike was parked in the bicycle stall in an open plaza within the building property line. The location is the Fifth Avenue Place. The bike was parked around 12:30 pm and was stolen around 4 pm, as per a personnel working in the adjacent barber shop just next to the parking. As per the eyewitness, it was most probably a homeless person who came with a tool to brake the lock and stole the bike.
