Bicycle detail

Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to inform you that my bike was stolen two nights ago from the parking bike rack. It's disheartening because it was a new bike, blue in color. What's particularly concerning is the manner in which it was taken.
When I returned from university at approximately 2:45 am, my bike was securely on the rack. However, as I was leaving for work at 4:10 pm, I was shocked to find my chain padlock was broken on the floor, and my bike was gone. This incident mirrors a similar situation on September 21st when my old black bike was stolen in the same way. I refrained from making a complaint then, as the bike was quite old. However, losing my brand new bike within just 15 days is both surprising and distressing.
What adds to the puzzlement is that there were several bikes in close proximity, yet mine was the only one targeted. Approximately five bikes were nearby, but mine was the unfortunate one. As an international student, my bike is crucial for transportation, and this situation has left me in a challenging position.
