Description of the theft
On July 13, at approximately 7:10pm, I parked and locked my ebike on the 4th floor of the UTC Transit Center parking garage, near the elevator. When I returned at approximately 10pm, the bike was gone.
At that time, I spoke directly to onsite transit security (third-party team) at UTC Transit Center. They were able to call into a central service station and speak to a security operator. That operator was able to view video showing the bicycle being stolen by an individual.
