Bicycle detail

On October 4, 2020, at 6 am, I locked my bicycle to the bike rack outside the front entrance to the Isom building with a cable. I came out at 10 am and the bike was gone. The cable had been cut and was hanging on the bike rack.
On October 7, 2020, at about 11:30 am, I saw my bike right across the street at a homeless camp. The black rack over the rear wheel was removed. I had put a trailer hitch on it and the thief had attached a trailer to it. There were large garbage bags on the trailer probably filled with bottles and cans. I added a picture here. I called the police, but by the time they showed up my bike was gone again. The police officer is confident that the guy will show up again with my bike and that I'll get it back. We'll see...
