Bicycle detail

My wife and I were through Redding Friday evening, 8/10, and stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites. The hotel ensured it was safe to park on their premises with a security guard present on property. The following morning we noticed both our bikes were missing and a clipped cable dangling from our rack. Both bikes are Specialized Hybrid Crosstrail and Ariel. Both bikes had front tires removed for travel.

After several calls with their front desk manager, they were unapologetic and rude. We were later informed of previous history of break ins and thefts (which would explain for the security guard, who at the time of observation was constantly on his phone). After further research on this hotel prior reviews expressed the same concerns regarding thefts and break ins.
