Description of the theft
I locked my bike at the Whole Foods bike stand to quickly buy groceries. When I returned about 10 minutes later, a witness said two “Latino” looking men, one with glasses, came with a bolt cutter and quickly took my bike. The bike was locked with a heavy chain. The bike has a bent left handle, a kickstand, a second set of brakes, and a sticker from the Marina City Club at the front.
