Description of the theft
Captured on UW security camera. Medium build white guy, ~6' tall, and wearing a white covid mask. Cased the bike racks first, sat nearby looking up bikes on his phone before deciding which one to take. Cut lock with bolt cutters in ~1-1.5min and rode the bike away.
