Description of the theft
bicycle was locked to a bike rack with a U-lock. The bike rack was inside a locked back yard surrounded by a five foot high concrete block wall. Bike was lifted over the wall closest to the street. Two older bikes were locked to the bike rack with cables. They and the rack were untouched.
