Description of the theft
My bike was locked to a permanent bike rack with a U-lock and cable-lock inside of my keyfob-entry parking garage. The cable was cut and the U-lock was left locked to the bike rack.
The bike was spotted laying on its side next to the William Street Park walking bridge, where the homeless encampment is, on 12/27/19 at 511p. The thieves had already swapped out the handlebars and other pieces, and removed the stickers. I've included 2 before pictures and 1 after picture. The frame is unique in that I've never seen another Trek 4900 in this area or in the state I used to live in, so if this frame is spotted, I can pretty much guarantee it's mine, despite the fact that they have swapped out its other parts.
