Description of the theft
I left the bike locked up overnight outside Cosmo Lounge on SE Milwaukie Ave. When I returned to pick it up in the morning, the cut lock was sitting on the table outside the bar along with my helmet. I have only a blurry picture of my serial number, so I'm not positive that the number is exactly right.
