Description of the theft
Locked up across the street from Yardhouse in Chinatown. Stolen around 3:30-5 pm on Valentine’s Day. Secured with a heavy duty Abus lock. ($120 lock) along with my girlfriends bicycle to a bike rack. The lock was cleanly cut with what looks to be an orbital saw most likely portable. It was then throw away in an adjacent trash bin.
