Description of the theft
Not the entire bike was stolen, but the wheel set was taken. Frame was locked to bike rack with u lock and wheels were secured with cable. Cable was cut and both rear and front wheel were taken. Custom built, odd sized 24" front wheel, have "sun rims M13II" stickers. Bike is not even 2 weeks owned...
