Description of the theft
I was out of town from Friday 27th, 2019 to Sunday 29th, 2019. The last time I saw the bike was around 3 PM on Friday 27th when I locked it to the bike rack before travelling. Only the front wheel of the bike was locked to the bike rack. The frame of the bike was removed from the front wheel. I found that the bike was stolen on the morning of Monday 30th, 2019.
