Description of the theft
My bike was parked inside the garage of my residence (a multiunit
building with secure entry). It was secured to a bike post with an ABUS ulock.
I last saw it around 12pm on January 1 when I came home. At 5am
on January 2, my neighbor noticed it was missing; at 9am, he notified me.
I went to the garage immediately and found the ulock
remaining on the bike rack; it had been cut on one side, presumably with a power tool.
