Description of the theft
I chained my bike to a tall tree in a busy parking lot at a busy intersection around 3:15pm on a Monday. Went inside CVS for about 15 minutes to grab a prescription, came out and the lock was cut and left on the ground. Bike should have a grey pouch with repair kits & hand pump attached to the front, a cushioned seat top, two-months-old-new-Schwinn-tires, and a missing kickstand.
