Description of the theft
Parked at public lot with tow hitch bike rack. My bike and my wife's Specialized Ariel were on the rack with a thick cable through frames and wheels, with a Kryptonite U lock on end of cable. We were at the beach within range of eye sight easy, but trees/bushes obscured view when not standing. We were there for just over an hour, came back and no bikes on rack.
