Description of the theft
2/4/21 - around 11am my neighbor knocked on my door to tell me my bike was stolen. he tried to apprehend the man and asked him what he was doing and the guy just shrugged and ran away with my bike. My bike was locked on the fence in front of my apartment door. the fence was broken/ cut into. I tried to run after the guy but i didnt see him and it was too late. there is a gate to our apartment complex and stairs to reach my unit so the bike is not visible to the street/public. the gate however,is not locked so anyone can come into our complex.
