Description of the theft
Not sure if the model was a Verve 3, but it was a flat dark grey/black hybrid Trek with straight handle bars and a pannier rack on the back. It was locked to a telephone pole with a red Public Diamond bike, which was left behind. It was across the street from Blue Dream. The lock was cut with bolt cutters. The bike is probably around 56" (a 6'1 person had been riding it before stolen).
