Description of the theft
5 feet in front of my first floor apartment door, locked under the stairs. Was locked with vintage Schwinn that was not taken (?) So I feel like it was someone on foot or a kid. Took them two tries to clip the lock in separate spots. Tires were flat so they likely walked away.
