My bike was locked with three locks: One locking the front wheel to the bike rack, one locking the back wheel to the bike frame, and one locking the front wheel to the bike frame. It appears that they were able to remove the lock locking the front wheel to the bike frame, but not the front wheel to the bike rack, since they ended up leaving the front wheel at the bike rack.
