Description of the theft
At Colorado Convention Center - Outdoor Retailer Day 3. The bike was locked to the North railing along with many, many others, including a friends bike. A man: approx 30's, dusty blonde, stubble, brown shirt & dirty jeans staked out the bike for nearly an hour before cutting the lock and leaving it on my friends bike while riding away on mine.
