Description of the theft
Locked with a u-lock to a parking meter outside Open Sesame restaurant on south side of Beverly between Vista and Gardner. Broken U-lock and helmet were left by the meter. Theft was observed by patron of nearby restaurant, reported to be stolen by a "large white male." Bike is very unique model with custom sparkly red seat.
