Description of the theft
Thief used pry bar to take landlords key box off the wall and broke it. Then used key to access locked basement where bike was locked to building. The thief then used bolt cutters to remove the lock and take the bike. Another bike was stolen at the same time and some other camping items were in the process of being taken.
