Description of the theft
On January 1, 2021, at around 5:50 am my girlfriend woke up to noise right outside our apartment on the balcony. When she opened the window she saw a guy wearing dark jeans/pants, blue/black sweater, some sort of cap walking down the stairs with the green/neon bike and towards the back of the building. She then woke me up and after 2-3 minutes both of us went outside to see if we could find anyone, but no such luck. We have a second bike that was locked with it and that bike was left alone but the cable lock was cut through and that is how they got it.
